Feeling Irritated



Ada masa² tertentu dalam kehidupan seharian kita bilamana perasaan menjengkelkan terhadap segala² yang ada di sekeliling kita, mengahantui diri.


Semua benda pun serba tak kene end up kita lepaskan kemarahan kita pada mereka yang tak sepatutnya. Especially kalau orang tu ada lah 'our loved ones'.. Kan tak adil tu..?

Kenapa perasaan ini hadir secara tiba²?

Bermula dgn pelbagai stress. Lepas tu kita terlupa tentang diri kita sendiri. Yup.. Dalam hidup ni memang kita senantiasa akan cuba 'please other people' dulu rather than do what we think best for ourselves.
Hasilnya? Kita terlupa keperluan diri sendiri. Sampai satu masa, satu perasaan marah dan menjengkelkan membuak² dalam diri. Kita nak marah, tapi kita tak tahu nak marah siapa.

Ape nak buat bila hadir perasaan irritating mcm ni?

Selalunya kita kene pause sekejap dan fikirkan semula siapa diri kita yang sebenarnya..
Tanya diri sendiri, "Aku ke ni?"
Sekiranya blur, just sit it out. Mulakan muhasabah diri.

As for me, I would really just stop at everything I do and then I'm gonna go to the place that I fell so at ease. I usually gonna start having my large cup of coffee, reading my books that I bought from the bookstore, sipping my coffee, taking my sweet own time, eating my tiramisu cake, watch movies, hang-out at the largest bookstores, drowning myself with books, watch the rerun of Grey's Anatomy or Glee and so on.. In short, just spend some quality time with yourself because you deserve all the attention sometimes..



*Do the things you love to do to ease the stress
Don't hold to anger, hurt or pain.
They steal your energy and keep you from love.
